Quickly drop your Crafted Elements 9.25x6" dual handle router base into our "swappable" router table base to create a compact router table! The 11.875X7.875x0.375" acrylic base and 1/2" thick baltic birch sub-base can be mounted to a three sided box made of scrap wood or plywood (wood not included) to create a standalone, easy to store, easy to move palm router table.

This DIY compact router table plate features a void to accept any of our 9.25x6" dual handle router bases (sold separately). Shop our dual handle router bases here.

The 3/8" thick acrylic base also has laser etched center markings and a 6" long left and right ruler separated every 1/2" for the alignment of a temporary fence or offset block.

Note again that the two handle router base that drops into this table plate is sold separately and not included with purchase. Shop our dual handle router bases here.

A router table is incredibly handy to have in your shop, especially if you are working with acrylic router templates. Now you can easily use your compact trim router to create a hands free standalone table without dedicating an entire trim router to it. Simply pop it out of the base when you want to use it as a hand-held palm router, and drop it in the base to use it as a router table.

Router Compatibility:

Note: This item contains the 11.875x7.875x0.375" acrylic router base and an 11.875x7.875x0.5" baltic birch sub-base (which mounts under the acrylic base). It does not include a router, router bits, wood frame (box) or the screws to mount it to the wood frame (box). Standard 1.5" construction screws are recommended.

Acrylic Router Plate Only - No Router Included

This product is an acrylic router base plate only. It does NOT include a router or any plunge frame attachment for a router. It is strictly the acrylic base plate designed to fit on your existing router.

Good product

Great product.

Works great

Love Crafted Elements Ryobi One+ Trim Router Table Plate. Following their YouTube video on building the box and attaching the plate, was very helpful. I am a novice woodworker and it has taught me a lot and has made creating my projects much easier.

Because all the pictures show the plate on a frame, I assumed the frame came with it. I think that should be clearer on your advertising.

Attached it with 1/4 -20 knobs on my ryobi quick bench can take it anywhere when needef

Mounted it to my ryobi folding workbench i can take it anywhere Great for when I do work at kids house

Smooth sturdy top for the router

The ad showed it inside the box giving the false impression that the router table was part of the sale

Was Fine.

It works well with the router. I inset the plate into a table added a fence

Great

good so fare

Works just as needed. Hole alignment was spot on.

Fit my ryobi router perfectly! Price was right and it saved me from having to buy a router table. Thank you!

Two Thumbs up!

Exactly what I needed. Worked perfectly for my application ....Great quality, super fast shipping.

For my small router I wanted a table I could hang off my table saw and share the fence. Built this and it came out great. Bolted to the side of the saw and notched out the plywood to rest on the frame, and it's super solid. Just flip the fence around to use the saw. Only cautionary note is the flyer saying it might last 20-30 uses with care?

Great product

The router plate got my router perfectly. It is well made and made of thick material. The router fence parts worked really well too.

came exactly described, arrived early and made me a Master Craftsman overnight!! I'm a legend in my own mind!

A1!

expensive for what it is.

I don't have a router table so this is great!

Little bit fdidspointed as you picture show table also but it is only the template ?

Built my own base and added it as a removable part of my bench grinder table. Top plate fit my Dewalt perfectly.

Works as expected and advertised. Better than the one I made myself

I built a small power lift work bench and the router plate worked perfectly. I'm real happy with it!

great product

Well designed and rugged and I was able to make a bench top holder for it the same day I got it.

Amazing product, and craftsmanship

The router base with handles is a great addition to the trim router and the box template makes for a very quick small router table 👍👍👍👍

Works very well to quickly hard-mount your router for table work! I am new to routers but not to handy work, and I can’t believe how useful this router has been, especially mounted in the table!

Works great.

This was exactly what I was looking for!

Workes great! No trouble with my Ryobi router....

This acrylic router plate is thick and sturdy. I like that there are measurements engraved on the edge. I winged it making the enclosure and once winter leaves Michigan I will mount it to a bench in my unheated garage…..c’mon spring time.

I’ve been searching for a router base plate insert for my trim router for quite some time. When I saw this one and the look and ease of use including pre bored holes for my exact router, I knew this had to be the one. Well I’m glad I ordered it because it exceeds my expectations in so many ways. The quality of this plate is obvious as soon as you take it out of the box. I made my version of a router table and routed out for the insert and boom,, there it was. What I consider a perfect router table.

This was a gift my son asked for so I actually don’t really know for sure.

I'd suggest you to consider the possibility of making the circle in the middle (the opening for the bit) a bit bigger. In my case, I'm trying to do shaker doors and the tongues keep a thin layer of wood in the lower side (the one closest to the acrylic) because it is not possible to place the bit lower without touching the acrylic (it will break it)
