Product Returns

Don't love your item as much as we do? No problem!

As long as your item was purchased less than 30 days ago, is unused and still in new condition you can return it to us for a full refund.*

Please be sure to include the original order number and name on the box, or printed on a piece of paper inside the box. A copy of your e-mailed order confirmation will also suffice. No additional RMA number is required.

If you are located in the USA we strongly encourage you to return your order using USPS (US Postal Service). Using a courier like UPS or FedEx will incur a $30 charge to us upon importation back into Canada. This fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use UPS or FedEx for your return.

Please be sure to declare the value of your item at no more than $50 on the commercial invoice, and to indicate "Goods For Return". Failure to do this will result in additional fees to us which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels. It is the customers responsibility to pay the shipping costs involved in returning an item.

*Custom Items: Custom pieces or items cut or trimmed to customer specification are a final sale and cannot be returned.

*Defective & Damaged Items: If your item arrived defective or damaged during shipping it must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt in order for us to be eligible to file a claim. Failure to report defects or damage within this period may result in the denial of a refund or replacement.

Declined Shipments & Invalid Shipping Address

If a shipment was returned to our warehouse by the original courier because:

  1. The address provided at checkout was incorrect or invalid, or the receiver / customer has moved.
  2. The receiver / customer declined it or refused to sign for it.
  3. The receiver / customer refused to pay the customs / duty / tariffs / brokerage / import fees that may have been applicable.

The customer will be held responsible for all fees incurred in it's return. This is including the original shipping charges incurred by us, the return shipping charges (billed by our courier to us) and brokerage / customs / duty fees if the shipment has to be re-imported into the country of origin. There are no exceptions to this policy.
