Tray, Bowl & Catchall Router Templates

Our line of bowl and tray acrylic router templates help you create uniquely shaped trays and catchalls out of thick pieces of wood with the help of a pocketing router bit.

Simply mount the router template on your wood (1.25"-2.5" thick is most ideal), and use a handheld plunge router and pocketing bit to slowly router out the interior pockets, one level at a time. For general pocketing and recesses we recommend the Amana Tool 45983 (1/2“) radiused bit (for smoothed interior corners and edges) or the Amana Tool 45460-S (1/2”) 45475-S (3/8”) bits if you want flat bottom interior edges.
