Crafted out out of B/BB 1/2" (12mm) Baltic birch furniture grade plywood our shapes are guaranteed to be good one side, without obvious imperfections or fillers.  Unlike regular plywood, Baltic birch has thicker, stronger veneer layers that are usually free of knots and voids.
