No one likes to get an incomplete or wrong shipment. However, before we can address your request check the following:
Review the shipping label on the box or boxes you received. If it's 1/1 then you have received the entirety of the shipment. Anything else is a multi-piece shipment.
If it’s “Box 1 of 1” then you have the entire shipment, but if it’s a 2 or 3 box shipment and you only have one box (or less boxes than the total amount shipped) this means the rest of the boxes are still on their way. Unfortunately both UPS and FedEx can split up the delivery of multi-box shipments sometimes. This is especially true for products like router sleds where there is a small box, and then one or two long heavy boxes.
Never fear though! There is a way you can find out where the rest of the shipment is:
Go to your shipment confirmation email and click on the tracking number (It usually starts with a 1ZV for UPS or is an 11 digit number for FedEx).
If you can’t find your shipment confirmation e-mail you can also use your order confirmation e-mail by clicking on the “View Your Order” link. This should load the order information page and display the tracking number somewhere on that page.
Once you click on the tracking number (or have copied and pasted it into the UPS.com or FedEx.com website) you will see the most up to date information. We know it will say “Delivered”….. (a bit misleading, no?). Stay with us…
For FedEx Shipments
On the FedEx tracking page click on the "View More Details" link. A new page will load. Scroll down towards the bottom of the "More Details" page and if you have a multi-piece shipment it will show the number of pieces, as well as the tracking status of each one. You can click on any of the related tracking numbers that make up the "master shipment" and track any missing packages independently.

For UPS Shipments
On the UPS tracking page, scroll all the way down until you see the grey bar that says “Other Packages In This Shipment”. Click on that grey bar, it will drop down to display the tracking numbers of the other boxes and when they are expected to arrive.
